General Approach
Our approach covers the Education Department Curriculum, whilst encompassing the thinking skills and extending learners to reach their potential. We try to give each learner the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities and try to draw upon the skills and interests of individual educators. We believe it is helpful to the learner if we have a similar approach in each classroom.
Learners may work individually, in groups, or as a class, depending upon circumstances. Areas of study may be covered by a cross-curricular approach (theme work) or may be dealt with in specific learning areas e.g. mathematics, personal writing. Our curriculum is holistic and balanced.
